The INTELNOV-CT™ Cutter Compactor Pelletizing System brings cutting, compacting, plasticizing and pelletizing together in a single continuous line. It is built to handle a broad mix of post-industrial and post-consumer plastic waste, delivering dependable performance at a competitive cost.
While the INTELNOV-CT series is engineered first and foremost for flexible plastics, it also handles a range of rigid materials with good flexibility. Typical applications include plastic films, raffia, filaments, woven bags, PE bubble wrap and other soft plastic waste, along with certain rigid scraps. Lightweight, bulky feedstocks are converted into high-quality recycled pellets that can be reused in blown film production, pipe extrusion and injection molding.
The integrated cutter compactor performs cutting, mixing and densification ahead of extrusion. This improves feeding stability and keeps processing consistent even with low bulk density materials. Because pre-compaction is built in, no additional equipment is needed, and the overall recycling process is simplified.

INTELNOV-DCT Two-Stage Cutter Compactor Plastic Recycling Pelletizing System
The INTELNOV-DCT™ Series Compacting and Pelletizing System combines shredding, compacting, plasticizing and pelletizing in one highly efficient recycling line. It is engineered for challenging plastic waste streams and delivers stable, reliable pelletizing for post-consumer and post-industrial plastics such as films, raffia, filaments, woven bags and foamed materials.
Its two-stage single-screw extrusion design makes the INTELNOV-DCT™ particularly suited to materials with:

A dual filtration system and multiple degassing zones work together to remove contaminants effectively, keep processing stable and produce high-quality recycled pellets. The output can be fed directly into downstream processes including blown film extrusion, pipe extrusion and injection molding.
